Queen’s Platinum Jubilee – Raised Flowerbed

Sunday 29th May 2022 saw the setting up of the raised flowerbed by a group of Committee Members led by Chairman Martin Tyas who had made the raised flowerbed pictured below. The first picture, of the superb wooden Crown made by former committee member James Fonquernie, stands proudly at the back of the display. Other pictures show Martin, Secretary Katherine Hill, Club Treasurer Anne Miller and Committee Member Yvonne Cooper all hard at work, aided by a passing stranger who gave a helping hand. Many thanks to Yvonne, Martin, Katherine and Anne for most of the pictures shown below. It was a great team effort.
